Four Days of Halloween. One Big Adventure.

This is where San Joaquin County comes to trick-or-treat. More than 500 cars across 3 huge nights will transform the fairgrounds into the county's largest Trunk-o-Treat. Bring the kids in costume for rows of decorated cars, classic rides, candy and Halloween excitement—all in a safe, family-focused environment with professional security, controlled entry and metal-detector screening.

As the sun goes down, gather the family and find the perfect spot beneath the open sky. Then watch as Halloween at the Fair lights up the night with a spectacular seasonal fireworks show bursting overhead in brilliant color. Settle in together, look to the heavens and share those wide-eyed moments of wonder that make a night at the fair unforgettable. Big colors, booming skies and a little Halloween magic make this a family memory worth staying up for. Launching Saturday and Sunday night at 7pm.

Wind your way through twists, turns and plenty of playful wrong turns in our giant hay maze built for the young—and the young at heart! Follow the glowing pathways, race the kids around the next corner or simply embrace getting a little lost together. As dusk settles over the fairgrounds and the lights begin to twinkle overhead, the maze takes on a little Halloween magic of its own. Pick a path, trust your instincts and see who finds their way out first!

Our VR Haunted House drops you into an immersive Halloween experience where there are no boundaries between what you see and what feels frighteningly real. Keep your nerve, trust your instincts and see if you have what it takes to make it through. The headset goes on, reality fades away—and the haunting begins.

Come hungry—because Halloween at the Fair has dinner, dessert and everything in between covered! Dig into the hot, crispy, cheesy and wonderfully indulgent fair favorites you wait all year for, then save room for funnel cakes, cotton candy, ice cream and colorful seasonal creations made especially for Halloween. From classic midway comfort food to sweet new treats the kids will be talking about on the ride home, skip dinner at home, bring the whole family and make eating your way through the fair part of the fun!

For our guests 21 and over, Halloween at the Fair offers a little something for the grown-ups, too. Enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine as you take in the sights, spend time with friends and family, and soak up the festive evening atmosphere. Find your favorite pour, relax for a while and raise a glass to a great night out.

There’s always a little something extra for our youngest Halloween fans! Creative activities, colorful crafts and hands-on fun will give kids a chance to slow down, get a little messy and make something of their own along the way.
